    Question: "IS" rear valence

I'm planning on buying some "is" skirts and was wondering if there is an "is" rear valence that was ever made to go with the kit. Can't really find anything on it.

    Thanks, Alex

ive never herd of an "is" rear valance.

other than if your car is an early model "divingboards" the rear valance is much smaller than a late model "plastic bumpers" the box under the bumper is much larger.

anything aside from that would be considered a "rear apron" but im not entirely sure.

body kit wise from "is" model is front valance differences from early to late models, rear spoiler on trunklid & side skirts

Ya I was really wondering if there is an OEM part that will match the "is" skirts and lip but it doesn't seem like it. Probably looks fine with the lip and skirts on with the normal rear valence

If you don't like the look of the early rear valence you can get a repro Tech-II rear apron, it fills out under the bumper nicely

Or you can cut out and install a late model valance over your early valance.

Nobody gives definite answers lol. No there is no such things as an 'is' rear valence.

Lots of people run no rear apron with their sideskirts. Looks just fine to me. If you are going to buy an apron, I suggest finding an M-Tech 2 (since you have a late car.) I plan to go Tech 2 front and rear with iS skirts eventually.

Ok, I think everyone got this wrong. I have a late model car not an early haha. And ya from what it sounds like, I'll just leave the rear apron how it is. Think it would look funny with Tech 2 valence on the rear. Without the full M-tech 2 kit.

Alright, thanks for the input guys.

Wishno (Josh) is running the Tech 2 rear apron with no skirts or front apron. I like the way it looks.

There is, but its welded to the car, if your looking for a nice rear valance, google pic search hartge or Ac schnitzer late model cars...

                          skirts and just lip

Ya I'm just going to keep my valence and possibly spray the whole thing white. Think it will look clean

I hate the look of white back valance. The black under coating gives it some contrast
