Justice. I love R3v and for the record, I am not choosing sides nor do I have beef with anyone.

The core issue here is that taking a large steaming shit in someone's FS thread is quite simply AGAINST THE FORUM RULES, regardless of whether or not the seller intends to misrepresent the item for sale. I see this rule broken on a regular basis, even by moderators.
Also, I think it's everyone's responsibility to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty about both FS items and the information they contribute to the forum in order to ensure that it remains a valuable resource to the e30 community.
Sincerely yours,
Dad

Clearly in this situation, Matt is involving too much of his personal feelings and dislike towards Austin. But there is always a truth to both sides.
And if Vortex is such a superb to R3v, why are you here?

I was trying to stay out of this thread, but this is all so accurate I had to quote and agree with it

Ok usually I stay out of forum drama but this is a personal friend of mine I made from this site. Fuck you Matt. You really must not know the kind of person is if you honestly think he would rip someone off. Hes a stand up guy and I knew this the first day I met him. He will NOT do you wrong. I cant believe you would come in here and shit on his thread. You should have PM'd him instead. I have only talked to you like twice in person and you seemed alright. But from what I have read about your "business practices" and your immature behavior shows otherwise. You are shady and down right fucking rude. Get the hell out of here.
Austin, dont pay his dumb ass any attention. You can market your car elsewhere.

Damn. Sad to see something like this happen. Even though it happens everyday here on R3V. It seems like in the Member Rides Forum there is always a "hater" in the threads. No one wants to recieve negative feedback about their car. Especially if someone puts a good amount of hours and money into a project and wanted to post up their handiwork for guys to see and possibly give ideas. Just my opinion.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It really does mean a lot. While every forum has it's issues and such, I have really enjoyed spending a better portion of my life here in the past year. I've met a lot of cool people and had a lot of fun. I have no intention of going anywhere.
Car is officially off the market (obviously.) The car I wanted is no longer for sale, so I will be keeping this. We'll see what happens to it in the next couple months.'70 911s | '72 2002 | '88 M5 | '89 330is | '89 M3 | '95 911 | '02 M5 | '04 RR HSE
