    wtb: Muffler

    Mine is rotted out and I'm getting too much back pressure causing the mpg to go down. I think.

    I'd Prefer a stainless steel and something cheap. Nothing too loud. Suggestions would also be appreciated. Thanks

      I think that would cause less back pressure. Magnaflow mufflers can be had for a decent price.

          I have an entire exhaust system that came of an "i" car, if you're interested. No manifolds, but complete from downpipe to muffler. $120 picked up in NE.

                  If your car is a 318i my dad has an almost brand new Bosal muffler. Sounds like factory. Was on my 318i when I had it and it was nice.
