Are you talking about Greg M? We've already worked together on a few repairs on my E30 and am happy with his work. Currently, he's taking it easy for a few months due to health reasons but I'm always open to new suggestions for good E30 contacts. :)

I heard from greg m a while back that he had some health issues preventing him from working on cars. Ive used him before and I found him excellent.

On the topic of e30 work watch out for the German autowerke place on 230th? In lynnwood. He does good work but everything always ends up costing twice as much. He said spring swap for 150$ for front. Need up as 400$. Guess I should just beg for people on here to let me use their tools.

He even left a dent in my hood. Basically ruining my near immaculate body.

Greg does great work and it's a shame he is dealing with health issues right now. If you need someone in the meantime, we work on a ton of e30s. I also have a BMW technician who has 20 years between BMW of Bellevue and Strictly BMW. Rates are very affordable.

I agree, i like Greg's work and the best of luck to him. Knowing him, he'll bounce back sooner than you think. Thanks for the offer. I'll send you a PM regarding what i have in mind for E30 work.

Dude, thats total bull! Did you make a complaint to the BBB? That might be your best recourse for matters like this.

Have you tried the guys at Fine Tuning in N. Seattle? My buddy who owns a VR6 Jetta has his work done there and says nothing but good things about them. Not sure if they work on E30's but it might be worth a shot. Good luck!

There was one guy in north Seattle area, he was doing the all works in his own garage at home, full of bmw cars and parts. IIRC he used to be stationed in Germany.

Really? He was great to work with when I had some bearings pressed.

Spring swap as in suspension? I contacted the dude that the OP posted about and he said $80 for all springs. He also quoted me $750 for a turn-key m50 swap, done in 2 days max.
