1997 BMW M3 (VIN WBSCD9321VEE05874)
The care has a salvage title. The car was sideswiped at around 60K miles. The guy I bought it from picked it up and repaired it. Sold it to me at about 120K miles.
white 4 door
18" chrome wheels
koni shocks w/ H&R spring
shielded air intake (could use a replacement hose which is cracked and wrapped in tape)
150K-ish miles
The check engine light is on with 2 codes. Again I’d have to look to verify but I believe one is an airflow meter code which likely is a result of the cracked intake hose, and another is emissions related.
new clutch at 110k miles.
new tires on the rear in august 2010, fronts still have a little life left. (that was like 500 miles ago at this point)
It looks/runs/drives fine. The drivers side window works, but sticks in the window track going up so you've got to be careful and sometimes lend a helping hand to make sure it doesn't get cocked funny.
the passenger side front headlight is screwy in that the backlight works but the projector doesn't. I have a set of HIDs for it but something is wrong with the wiring and they were causing trouble so I put a set of euro lights back in.
no stereo was stolen.
