Hi r3v,
My name is Peter, and I've been on here since '04 (the days of Jordan, andreNY, digital wave, ryan stewart, and blunt, etc..). This was back when I was still in high school and driving an Accord. Fast forward to last summer, when I moved from seattle to Vancouver for school, and my e30 love rekindled.
Over thanksgiving break, I found an early black coupe for sale, but didn't have the money, so I traded my Ruckus and some cash for it. I drove it up to seattle with a bad master cylinder and separating ball joints, and then left it at my parents until christmas.
Over christmas break, I installed a new master cylinder and R&R'd the ball joints. I would almost pay someone to do the BJs next time. Such a shitty job, and my first job under the car. I still have blown shocks, but at least I won't die now.
I might have to find a bike again for the summer (just saw plus at $4.05, who knows what summer prices will be!?!?). Kinda miss the Ruckus' 90mpg, but loving my black german coupe.
So I think most of you have seen a stock eta before, but here she is, 26 years young:
