I'm looking for a place where I could find some parts cars in or around Eugene. I know of Eugene Auto Salvage, but I wonder if there are any others? I know that there's some good ones up by Sherwood and Portland, but it's hard to explain an all day trip to the parts yard to the wife :D
Good pick and pull in Eugene?

Sherwood yard won't have much, let me know what you are looking for and I might be able to help you find it.
Also, in before stamar comes in here and starts raving about fendersComment

ya theres a huge one in junction city oregon.
on the 99 heading west from eugene not very far.
looked it up, its called pick a part.
last time I was in eugene at the junkyard I was not looking for e30s so I couldnt say.
picknpull in portland has several new e30s every month. junkyards are hit or miss but I never missed when I was there. I lived there for 4 months and saw about.... 20 e30s.
theres 4 of them, and theres at least one giant junkyard thats not a picknpull on the same street as the picknpull in northportland.Last edited by stamar; 03-10-2012, 05:36 PM.Comment

You are talking about FAP, Foster Auto Parts. They pull the parts in advance and sell to you. I've bought a couple engines from themComment

No, thats the one on foster (foster auto parts...!!!!!) in se portland. across the street from the picknpull there.
and I have no experience with them.
other than they buy cars whole by the pound.
This is a very big one in north portland, on the same street as the picknpull in north portland but several miles south of it.Last edited by stamar; 03-10-2012, 06:19 PM.Comment

pick a part
also has a location in albany which as i recall is not that far from eugene.
it also has one in salem, although I have never been to that one.
pick a part is a central oregon chain, but it is so much exactly like pick n pull someone should sue someone. youll see i mean down to the wheels for sale in the front building to the glass etc.Comment

I left eugene last sept and i never found much. Try the yards off of prarie road. If you really need something, http://www.2002restorations.com/ has access to lots of parts. Hes a particular old guy but he really knows his stuff. The shop he runs is off of hwy 126 just outside of eugene.1984 325e
