wheels and tires needed

I need wheels and tires ASAP fellas. whos got them and how much. I am broke so keep the nice ones in the garage or i will eff myself lol

I've got black-painted bottlecaps with Federal FD1 with about 8k miles. Front passenger tire has some sidewall damage and should be replaced soon. I could do $200.
