Im about ready to do my 5speed swap i got my bushing kit allready just seeing if anybody local has a short shifter they can sell me?also does anyone have a good hook up at a machine shop in the seattle area so i can get my flywheel done, ive got parts to trade also

I have a shortshifter for you, came from an e30 that was being parted out and i never got around to putting it in before my swap.

the shop that did my ls3 conversion could also probably help you out with the machining, their prices are solid, the work impecible, and they do fast turnarounds.

Z3 Shifter is $70 from the dealer. That's what I put in my car and I like it a lot.

Mine comes with the shifter-bar (part #1 in that diagram) already affixed to it, and is only half the cost.

It's also more awesome, don't forget that.
