Wheel Re-boring needed

Hey, anybody knows a shop in the Seattle area where they can do reboring of a set of wheels?

I can probably just take them to a local machine shop and they could do it, but I figured this has been done before so maybe someone has a good referral...Thanks.

From what size to what size?

I think I have to shave about 4 mm, to the grand total of 57.1 mm (plus the wiggle room).
