I Need One Small Euro Bumper Part

As soon as I get this one part I can install the euro bumpers on my car and I'm eager to get to it. It's back ordered from Germany so the usual sources can't get ahold of it for over a month. Can anyone help me out or know of somewhere that might actually stock this? I'm looking for number 13 from this pic.

One of the most expensive parts, and hardest to find. Search ebay.co.uk for "bmwspareshop". I got a pair from him a month ago.
