    Washington Laws are Weird...

So my 87 BMW is now considered a "Classic" car and does not need emissions testing anymore. But I can't go scoop up collector plates for it? Wut?

I was wondering if this would apply to someone with say a 91 Alpina B6 3.5S...

Then that would mean their 1 out of 62 cars isn't Collector enough for the plates as its not old enough... Am i reading this right?

25 years old is a 'classic' in Washington; with that said, in order to get collector plates your car has to be at least 30 years old.

So in the year 2021, the 91 Aplina can get collector plates.

I have heard that if you can prove the Rarity of the vehicle that you can get classic plates as well. I myself am just going to get custom plates.

I think there may be "Collectors" plates available. I do believe that's what Oregon has as well..
