"The Camry is an appliance, not a car. It attracts folks who have the same regard for driving that they have for washing dishes,
i.e. it's a necessary but somewhat unpleasant chore and they want something to make the task a little easier and insulate them from the process." - my friend, Número Veintiséis -
So your car has a huge camshaft AND an itb? wierd
I planned on keeping the car pretty much forever. But a friend who had this car for quite some time was ready to sell. So instead of doing the ie3's, brembo's, 2.7i blah blah on the eta; I picked up this car ( love the color) and i did everything to it. Sometimes it's better to not molest something. I also have the 2.7i i no longer have a need for.....Comment

The interior is perfect black, no cracks in anything, even the shift boot is nice, everything works. I have a tan recaro drivers seat in it atm because the original one is torn up on the bolster as usual. I still have that seat as well.... shoot me a text for more pics. I can't believe its not sold already lol. if you average the amount of miles each year it was only 8k by the lady who kept it garaged.....
edit; my gf is even driving it in that picture. r3v you are letting me down hahahaComment

Honestly I need a mac (basic 13" STARTS at 1200), I need money for more books and terms at school ( unless you guys enjoyed the loan forgiveness thread) etc etc. The car is super clean and like I said i'm willing to work a deal with a r3v member. The car needs nothing which is unusual for e30s lol. it's gotten a couple bumps for cleanliness in person etc so obviously its not a pile of junk. This week has been midterms and interns. Here are some pics. If you have a decent amount of cash give me a call/text. First post updated Thanks!Comment

Honestly, a good running E30 should only be worth $1000. Not trying to deflate ego's but lets be honest, there are THOUSANDS of them still on the road..
To give a perspective, when I bought my first car, a 1967 Chevy II, it was $700. This was 20 years ago, and today, that would probably equate to about $1000, which is a nice price for some kids first car. But because of the explosion of car related forums, and each model's "community", I couldn't find the same car for that amount, and someone would probably want twice or three times the amount because it's a "classic" or "collectable.."
I am not completely dogging on Forum's since they have helped bring attention to cars that would have been lost to time, or even worse sent to the crusher, but sometimes we have to think that not EVERY car is a gold mine, and perhaps it's just better to pass it along without worrying so much about undervaluing it.

Only teachers/artistic types think they are a necessity, but the real world is still a Windows environment.
