stephen and I are on lockdown for some hvac stuff. Are people going in on these bearing shenanigans? I did get a floor jack/stands, so I have the basic tooling I think.

Did you go through the whole primer, paint, clear, sand, buff process?
Also, any recommendations for places to buy paint?

I really like this idea. I dont know if i'll be able to make this one (finishing up the exhaust on mine to make it street legal) but i am totally down to have a meet like this at my place. i have a huge driveway that can fit about 12 cars and have a pretty sweet shop setup.

Yes, all steps. Haven't buffed it yet as I want the paint to cure. I went with Wesco for the paint cans. It isn't cheap as you have to get a quart of paint mixed and they can fill up to 6 spray cans ($11ea) from that with a bit leftover as touch up. Biggest cost is the paint itself as they can mix you the cheap stuff for ~$30/qt or ~$80/qt for the nice PPG stuff that has better blending charactersitics.

Thanks to StevoIX, Adam, and Cheuk-Hung for coming out today! We got halfway through HVAC relocation, put together some shelves, discovered that Cheuk's car is in fact an iX, fixed a frankenlight, lost a CT90 tail light, taught Cheuk how to ride a non-moto, traced Paolo's HVAC delete a few times, and added to the tradition that literally everyone who rides the Trail 90 admits that they must have one.

Some parts of the HVAC stuff took a bunch of trial and error, so super-thanks to Adam and Stephen for sticking it out and helping me with other garage projects while we waited.
