What sport springs do you have?
I have the IE Stage 3 springs and they were incredibly easy to install in the rear. No need for a spring compressor or pry-bar.
And the stock springs shouldn't be too hard to just pry out with a pry-bar or something. Probably a lot safer not to use a spring compress too.

Just put new wheels on my car, so I didn't change the fronts. I only took out my IE Stage 3 springs in the rear to replace with stock in order to pull fenders. Then put Stage 3's back in.
I would imagine the fronts wouldn't be too different from how the rears come out...
