I believe they're the same size socket... like 32mm or something.

I've heard you can get it off without the puller. And I've never heard of needing a press to get it on.

I have the whole front hub, not just the bearing.

ah if you're replacing the whole hub then all bets are off ;) When I replaced mine I just installed new ones on the coilover bodies (didn't have to remove the old), a press was needed to get the new one on.. though I guess you could hammer it on.. I just didn't want to ruin the bearing, they aren't cheap!

I'll bring the socket if the shop doesn't have one (I couldn't find a 32mm so I have the Craftsman SAE equivalent)

Yeah, I just bought the whole hub because I've heard it's much easier to repalce the whole thing than use a press for the bearings themselves. It was also only a few dollars more.

Both locations were easy to find.

Does anybody have a pressure gauge so I can test my FPR?

I say we plan on leaving Criv's place at around 10:30-45 and plan on meeting cramer and any other Oly boys around noon. That should put us in Portland a little before 2.

I figure that if we plan to get there early we will arrive on time. :D
