    Well, it's completely disassembled, so you'd need to take care of that first. Aside from that, is your E34 a 535?

        This will not require any serious modification, but you can't just drop it in as is and go. You will need to buy a lot of things for it (transmission, driveline, differential, cooling system, etc.)
