    can anybody weld???

I'm looking for a local to help remove my cat, and replace it with a section of piping. My cat just took a dump, and its making a racket beyond words. I can't even pull out of the driveway without hearing a clunk clunk pop clunk metal banging sound. Any help is appreciated, or any folks know shops that may look the other way with this kind of thing?

How much did it cost top get the cat taken out? Or would you recommend cutting it out before hand and getting a piece welded in?
