"The Camry is an appliance, not a car. It attracts folks who have the same regard for driving that they have for washing dishes,
i.e. it's a necessary but somewhat unpleasant chore and they want something to make the task a little easier and insulate them from the process." - my friend, Número Veintiséis -
I always laugh when guys want all the money for a car; but post them on CL. Take and have the car consigned at a reputable place. They will have the car checked out and can work with a new buyer.
I could see someone paying this but they certainly are not looking on CL for it.

Absolutely gorgeous (and yes kind of a waste too) but CL is definitely the wrong place to sell this car.
I sent the seller an email telling him to get a hold of Matt at Munich Evolution. If Matt can't sell it, no one can.1991 318i Sedan

You're a noob, so I'll cut you some slack. However, YOU'RE out of your fucking mind. Most avg 120k+ mile cars go for $18k+. This is a special car and deserves to be in a museum. I seriously doubt you will find a SINGLE car in this good of condition, completely unmolested with lower miles for the price.
Yeah, I think he's slightly optimistic, but I have a feeling that this car will reach upper $50k+ prices. Although, it is always worth something to the right person!

Interesting that it came with an airbag. The basically same model 1988 M5 did not to the best of my recollection. Mid 90's when I was test driving used E30 M3s, I really considered a clean red '88 M6. About 50k miles on the odo, was asking $15k.
Wanted to take my M Car to the track, so decided to pass on the M6 and go with the E30 M3. No regrets.Lance Richert '88 M3, #35 PRO3, i3 etc.

Late ('88+) E24's came with an airbag wheel. Never really made sense to me, either.Interesting that it came with an airbag. The basically same model 1988 M5 did not to the best of my recollection.
