By lowered I mean I'm pretty much incapable of driving up any sort of ramp unless I have ten feet of planks. I hear there is one up in Seattle but that sort of defeats the process.

Industrial Tire on Killingsworth just got a new alignment rack that will work with lowered cars. I just took my buddy's super slammed MK3 Jetta there last month and we got it on the rack just fine.

they do mostly racecars which are usually way too low for the street, and can have difficult to align suspensions.1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

They have done alignment on several e30s with camber/toe adjustment- may be worth it to give them a shot. If they determine they cannot align it for whatever reason, bummer- but they charge 65 or 70 dollarsfor 4 wheel alignment and bring them your specs and they'll set it up.
most alignment racks have ramps and your car sounds low, have you thought about removing bumper/valence?
