I am not sure where you're getting the "lots of people show but few get in" idea. Like David said, if you're one of the 15 paid spots, you are guaranteed to get your car dyno'd. We dropped it down from 20 cars to 15 cars to make sure it would work easier and that there was plenty of time for everyone.

Maybe it's a "circus" to an employee? But to the participants, it was a great time to hang out and talk cars and have BBQ and frankly a lot of fun.

I'd love to hear who this 'employee' is, because Chris the owner made this a manditory paid staff event for the whole company. That's how much priority that HPF is putting on this thing. Maybe your friend is just miffed that they have to work on a Saturday???

I had a really good time last year, I thought the event was pretty well organized and we got to see cool cars put power down. Wish I could make it again this year but too much going on Saturday.

A couple more registrations have come in. We'll have an LS1 swapped E36 on the dyno, that should be cool.

On Wednesday morning, we'll review registrations and talk with Chris at HPF about allowing other makes. I'll keep everyone updated.

In the meantime, let's get some more sign ups!! I wanna see this thing filled with BMW's!

Well everyone, I talked to Chris today and we made the decision to postpone this event until probably spring time.

Sorry to those that had already signed up. I'll work on getting your registration fees refunded.

Thanks for the support and we'll see this happen in 2013.

I was going to say bummer that I don't have a new convertible top yet and it was dumping rain today, but the postponement works out better for me. ;)
