But you're lucky. You've been to Welt. You've driven on the Autobahn! You have driven many grey market German cars (in Oregon!). Many people haven't and therefore don't know or don't appreciate authenticity.
Plus... Your daddy isn't buying you a red e30. Or a 40D.Comment

Well, hello.

Hey technically I bought him the 40D, does this mean i'm his father?

He's right. I feel like I have at least some credentials on this subject as I have been to BMW Welt and driven through France, Switzerland, and Germany including the Autobahn (in an Opel :( ). So, I do appreciate authenticity much more after experiencing Europe and driving in Europe. So in a way, it's not very respectable to have fake Euro plates if your car was never registered in Europe. Driving is taken much more seriously over there than it is here, I think..

I suppose so. I'd like you say that in a deep, gasping for air, way: Austin, I am your father.
You forgot Austria. And we're going back to Gratz - to the Steyr Puch factory.
That Opel could get up and go better than any Camry could even think about doing. Ever.Comment

Can you be anymore obvious? Obviously the 3 F's apply to you. Can't even let your woman defend herself?
You and your love bird can stop shitting on Austin's thread

Meh, Austria. We drove through but it wasn't very far and we didn't stop, so I don't really count it.
I'm not trying to shit in Austin's thread. I love his car, just not the whole fake Euro plates thing. The whole point of forums, is to discuss topics.
