Timing belt/water pump question

I'm going to be replacing my timing belt and water pump, so are there any seals that I should consider replacing as well while I'm doing those two things?

Cam seals. I didn't and now I'm getting ready to take it all back apart to do it.

valve cover gasket with the moons.

Also the o-ring on the plate that the cam seal sits in.
