    help me mount coilovers!!

I'll be getting my megan coils in within the next week-week and a half. Unfortunately I don't have the tools or experience to do the cutting and welding needed. I was hoping someone one here who knows how to do it would be willing to lend me some of their time to help me get it done. I'm offering $50 and a six pack of your choice :) I'll come to you. I'm looking for someone anywhere from Everett to Bellingham. Pm or text me at 2064377870 thx!

Hit up Paul Bruney at Meister Works

If they won't do it, you can ship them to us

you might find this process to be easier if you have some donor struts to use.

This, and what's wrong with using a shop?

I think his issue with a shop is either timeframe or price.

I have a set of housings I am willing to ship.

Do your housings come with bearing, I had to replace my front wheel bearings when I first got the car and I'm not trying to go through that again anytime soon haha

I don't have a problem with using a shop in general, but I know a lot of people on here have cut at welded their own strut housing for GC coilovers and such so I'm just trying to see if I can find someone to do it on a weekend when I don't need my car and get it done a little cheaper.

I may take you up on that offer I have no experience whatsoever welding so if you would be willing to help me out with that I would be more than happy to reimburse you for your time.

Just remember to get the housing around the base of the stub as clean as you can. We sandblast them.

Agreed. Welds won't hold if the mating surfaces are not clean. Last thing you want is that to break loose while you are driving...

Just the spring perch or do we have to shorten the housing also?
