      +1!

and I have driven my bimmer in the snow just a little. I have driven a lot in the snow in 4wd, awd, and fwd cars though. I am from the east so it gets real icy over there and I am used to that. I made it home from 2+ hours away when I bought my coupe in a snow storm. I am willing to take on a challenging drive, I just want to make sure I am not doomed from the start.

Also, good point about people driving rwd cars in the snow for decades before fwd. I don't mean to be soft about it, I just don't want to be pulling my hair out every weekend. I go snowboarding a lot. I don't have a car and I've still been up 7 times already.. lol

        on another note...

Has anyone brought an e30 in from Canada? I have found some potential dd's up there. I know I would have to swap the clusters, but what about the title. Can I just register it in the US with a Canadian title? Do I have to apply for a US title?

Took my 318i to Stevens today. Winter tires did the job, and I also had chains in the trunk just in case.
