Considering I only know what has been said in this thread, if this E30 is indeed totaled and has a salvaged title the seller needs to be upfront in the ad. It would be considered false advertisement without.... Not to mention, there are quite a few bright red flags in the ad that would/should make any interested buyer immediately hit the back button.
