FS: 1992 525i Wagon/Touring

I'm finally thinking of selling my extra car. I just don't drive it much anymore and thought someone else could enjoy it more then me. This car is in surprisingly good shape for its age and mileage. Details below and feel free to ask any questions. The picture was from last summer but I haven't changed anything on the looks since then. I should have some new pictures later this week.

1992 525i Wagon/Touring

M50 Non-vanos
Auto Trans
Black on black
Panoramic sunroof (completely functional)
Rear self leveling suspension

The Good:
Cylinder Head replaced at dealer less then a year ago
Entire cooling system replaced over a year ago including, radiator, hoses, thermostat, etc.
All four brakes new
Rear Tires new, Fronts less then 10k miles
Front lowered with Bilstein shocks and BavAuto lowering springs
Rear Lowered with self leveling modification (rear bilsteins and lowering springs included with car)

The Bad:
Rear shocks blown (shocks part of rear leveling struts, bilsteins and springs included for option of deleting rear leveling)
Hatch release latch faulty
Rear passengerside window regulator faulty
Drivers seat just starting to lean
Couple dash and instrument cluster lights not working
