But I am needing to move back down to Oregon soon, and my cousin will be needing a roommate. She is in her mid 20's, hardly ever home, works/goes to school, and has two cats. She does go out sometimes, but doesn't prefer to have the party brought to the apartment. There is no garage parking, but a lot of uncovered parking space around our apartment. We live in Redmond, right off of Redmond way.. and 520 is about a mile from where I live. So it is in a good location. The outside of the apartments have been remodeled, but the insides have yet to be. You would have your own room and bathroom. Rent, utilities, internet, and electricity come to about $660 a month, and that's for EVERYTHING.
So if you would be interested, PLEASE PLEASE let me know as it is important that I move back to Portland ASAP.
PS- lease would be for six months. So it's not too bad. :p
