1988 super eta e30 for sale!!!

Got this beauty for sale. 1988 SUPER eta. Great car. Runs great. ODO says 260k miles, owner said it was changed. This odo doesnt work. Motor looks and runs great. Exterior has no rust, maybe a tiny spot somewhere i missed. Paint looks decent but was repainted. Chrome needs polish. Little things here and there that make the car not perfect. Interior is intact, a bit dirty, but in great shape. No tears. Dash in darn near perfect. Shifter needs to be changed. Glove box works but handle is broken off or just taken off. Rear taillight works but is glued and needs to be changed. Fogs need change. Just come take a look. You will definitely not be disappointed with this. PERFECT for a I head swap, chip, new ECU and LSD diff and it will be a beast. Im asking 2000 OBO. Might take trades on a motorcycle or something worth the same amount. 206-861-2623. Let me know. I know someone who could want this. A few questions:

The shifter needs to be replaced?? Is it just sloppy or is there another problem when shifting?

When was timing belt done?

What other maintenance has been done? What will it need soon? Brakes, bushings...?

Shifter is sloppy, shifts fine though. No clue when timing was done. Bushings seem fine although brakes might need change soon. Shocks look new. I haven't had the car long. Bought it to daily but ended up getting a Civic for 500 bucks that needs a few things fixed, core support being 1 of them. I have this, the civic and a 91 318is. I only need 1 project, not 3 that I have
