WTB: bottle caps (or basketweaves) w/ tires PDX area

Currently car has a set of steelies that Im not a fan of. I would prefer to have a set of bottlecaps on it (more classic look) until I get a nice set of wheels this summer. These would act as temporaries and winter wheels

-Has to have tires, has to have enough tread to last for a at least 2 months ( will be replace with winter tires come next fall)
-Not looking to spend very much~$150-200

If you have an old set laying around, lemme know! Prefer them in PDX area
