I would sell mine for 500 but I really don't want too and the backs don't recline(but they will move up for passengers in the rear)
And they have no tears but the leather could use a good conditioning.

If those seats, pictured don't recline, they are Cabriolet seats.
There is a "Stop" located on the side of the mechanism which can be taken out to get them to fully recline.

Could be the recling cable has stretched and not engaging.
Or it needs lubricating if rusty mechs.
It's easy to check.
