What should I do with this 1992 325i Convertible

Yesterday I picked up this 1991 325i convertible near the Canadian border. The entire process was very sketchy but I got it for a great price. the odo is at 184k currently (im not sure if this is correct)

This is what I know as of right now as I have been very busy with school

    The good (so far):
-clean body, all body panels look like they are in great shape. So far I only noticed a decent size scratch on the hood. Front fenters look excellent as well as the doors and rear quarter panels.
-m20b25 that hasn't ran in almost a year started up first try when i jumped it
    -LSD 25% lockup diff
-Basket weave wheels with good tires
-the top is in great shape, the fabric looks almost new (just dirty on the top) rear window is all intact, just dirty
    -Taillights are in excellent condition
    -tan door cards look good
-owner said the odo still works
    -ansa silverline exhaust??
-has a blind spot mirror :shifty

    The bad:
-the radiator is in the trunk because the water pump needs replacement (it came with a new waterpump)
-glove box is falling off and wont open
-dash is cracked in multiple spots but they are not massive cracks
-interior carpet needs a major cleaning
-Passenger window is shattered and the glass is all around the interior
-rear view mirror is sitting in the back seat, not really a big deal haha
-cracks on sealed beam headlights, whatever
    -front valence is dented
-rear valence looks slightly funky im assuming from when it was repaired

    The ugly:
    -salvaged title (passenger side rear)
-tan interior upholstery is beyond trashed, do not want to know what went on in here. Seats are all duct taped up as well as the rear seats
-i did a vin check after I got it and it was at 6 owners all in california, it said the odo has been messed with (between 2007 and 2010 the recorded mileage went from 100k to 146k). I dont see where they tampered with it unless they drove it like 100k (in the time span) miles and rolled it back 54k?

I probably missed a few things about the car but I am trying to figure out what to do with it now. any suggestions?

I know Austin currently wants it but that was without entirely too much information so this could be the decision changer haha

    The pictures (iphone):

the trunk is not all the way closed in this pic:

Fuck! Sucks about the salvage title. Probably a parts car at this point unless someone wants just a cheap summer cruiser.

    Best,
    Austin

yep thats what i was thinking, it definitely has some great parts to use. yet again my schwarz convertible somehow has a clean title.. but almost all the body panels are from different e30's

oh yeah and apparently the fan is sucking air according to the switch on the dash. It makes for a real nice vaccum cleaner

Too bad it's a salvage, it looks pretty clean actually. I like the idea of having it live on as a cruiser. I'm sure someone might want it that won't plan on selling it. That way it can live on until it dies. Hate to see too many e30s parted.

Curious as to why someone would put a badge on the bumper. Looks really..strange lol

Yeah that's what I was thinking. This could definitely be a perfect cruiser. Nothing beats driving around in the sun with the top down. I guess I could search for a new interior, I'm assuming it will be around $600 to get a nice one.

And yes I do not understand the badge "roldan". Sounds like a last name or something

Price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. I repeat: price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. That's Vagiclean. We've got a customer down here with a full-on fallopian fungus. I'm baking a loaf of bread and I think it's sourdough.

I'd take the plastic window in the convertible top if its not destroyed. Let me know if you part it out.

My question also!! Why the hell get rid of it? Body is straight. Salvage title doesn't mean bad accident always.
I had a car I bought from auction that I spent 4500 in repairs for... And it was a clean title. A lot of damage. Then my friend bought the same car.. Same front damage. One less airbag blew up. And it's salvage it's all insurence company shit. Don't mean it was fixed any better then a clean title. I don't understand why everyone hates salvage title.

I know people that fix cars like shit no matter clean or salvage. Depends on body shop is all.
