I've heard you can make $60-70 a week selling plasma and it only takes 2-3 hours a week also maybe get a 2nd job... There is no quick legal way just to make a lot of extra but if you work your ass off you can get some extra money here and there. Before i got married i got 2nd job at papa johns delivering pizza, averaged out to 18 an hour with tips and you only drive 25-45 miles per shift so not too much fuel wasted.

Payed a grand total of $2500 (earnist) to get into my house. Go to a first time home buyers class and learn how to use the programs that are there to help you. Also keep in mind if you cant afford the down payment you prob cant afford the maintance on a house. Not trying to be a dick its just a fact. They say you should have 6 months worth of mortgage saved up. Dont get in over your head.

Decrease your cost of living, move into a cheep apartment with roomates, make all your own food, stop buying anything you don't need. Go to value village, clip cupons, ride a bike, I used to live off of $400 a month and made 1200. my savings was huge, but I spent a lot of my time not paying for convenience.

I pay 1100 for a 1 bedroom after all utilites. Ill be paying around 14-1500 for a 3 bedroom house with a 2 car garage after utilites. yes, there is maintenance and other fees but totally worth it. If i wait til ill be comfortable enough to afford it ill be 35 lol

Although its nice to have nice things and not wait for them, there is a sense of mental peace that comes with low debt and financial security, but why ask when it seems like you know the answer and don't give a shit what other people sayFlickr

Porn. It's getting really easy to get into and it pays pretty decently for minimal work.-Erik
