Anybody ever break one of these??

I closed my door with my window down, it made a nice popping sound and I knew I was screwed. The driver side window retainer sheared itself in 2.:-x



I can't seem to find the part number for this and I don't want to damage my glass. Has anyone removed these from their windows or know the part number?
