What makes this euro converted besides the rear bumper?

Body:
-Very clean body and paint all around. Has one or two very minor door dings. Car is 95% original paint. All panels are original and have never been removed. Car has NEVER been in a collision.
-Shadowline trim (all chrome painted except for bumpers)
-Euro front bumper in good shape
-Euro rear bumper in good shape with new rear bumper impact strip
-Euro front valance and rare shark front spoiler (not installed)
-Euro ellipsoid headlights

Interior:
-Very nice black sport interior in very good condition, save for a little minor wear on driver's seat. Momo wheel and ZHP knob not included.
-Clean dash
-Euro instrument cluster
-Euro clock
