Anyone know of a place to get fenders rolled properly ?

    Hello everyone

Does anyone know a good place in the Portland area to get my rear fenders rolled properly ? I would like to not have to do the bat deal.

    Thanks

Brent Kemi can do it for you properly. It is a service he offers. His shop is right in Clackamas.

what is his policy if he cracks the paint? I have been wanting to get this done, but really dont want to pay for anymore paint work.

X10000 for Brent, the man knows his shit and is very reasonably priced (and an overall good guy/friend.)

Nobody has a policy for paint as there is nothing the roller can do outside of applying the proper amount of heat. They cannot control how old, thin, poorly painted your lip might be in the first place.

If you are that particular, you should have them rolled before doing any paint work, because there is a very solid chance it will crack. If it doesn't crack right away, then it will still likely crack later. And here's the kicker, if you need your fenders rolled, youre more than likely running wheels that have a higher chance of hitting your fenders, or that they have already, increasing the chance of your paint cracking.

But, you know what's worse than a little cracked paint? Bent up fenders, messed up wheel lips and shredded tires. Those can't be fixed with a $15 bottle of touch up paint.

This rant brought to you by a guy who's rolled many o' fenders.

Thanks but Brent doesn't roll fenders anymore

                Hey guys

Thanks for the responses, called Brent and he doesn't roll fenders anymore. Any other options ?

Sorry, didnt know Brent didnt do that anymore.

Rent a roller and do it yourself. Its not a service most places will do to a car a la carte. More so something that a few places can do to a car while they are painting etc.

Or do the ghetto boy mod and grab a baseball bat. lol

Here's an option: Buy an Eastman fender roller, and a harbor frieght heat gun, give them to me as payment, and I'll give YOU $75 and roll your fenders. And if you want a name drop of how capable I am, ask Lucky how good of a job I did on his vert. I normally change $40 a corner.

What's the cost of the fender roller and heat gun?
