I'll be there as well, but my car isn't as cool to hang out with :)
Should be a great day! I'm looking forward to taking a look at PR from the drivers seat and not having to look through a sheet of rain :)

It was a nice day to spend at the track today and the quality of the E30's was very high. You guys have some nice cars!
Except for an intermittent starting problem in my race car I had a pretty good day and I'm pleased with how nice it drives on track. I was able to jump into our other car during the last session and get some fun laps in in that car.

I even got to run with Lance for a few laps ( ok ,the reality is I watched him gaining on me in the mirror and tried to time it so he could pass me at the exit of 3B so I wouldn't hold him up and then I saw a blur of PRO3 car fly by me and he was gone....it was still fun.)

            see you next time.

It was indeed a blast, even if I didn't get as much time as I was hoping. Right before the 3rd session my car wouldn't start. It acted like a dead battery, but assuming something isn't on it's usually cured by giving the battery a rattle. Well that didn't do it, nor did jumping the car. 20 minutes later it was running after I disassembled the connector, cleaned up the copper, and re-clamped it. Le sigh.

I'm slowly figuring out how fast 5a and 5b are. I don't think I'm close to understanding them fully though. I need another dry day out there!

yeah ,I think that makes 4 of the e30's that had a mechanical of some sort.5 if you include the leak we found when I was changing the rat back to street tires.

5A has a sweet spot that sets up all the rest of it and you know it when you hit it just right the rest of it just all comes together, love it.
