    Looking for 2.7i parts

    Starting to find stuff to pump up the seta.
    Need the following...

    - Is intake mani
    - is dual valve springs
    - 173 or 525 ecu
    - is camshaft
    - is cluster

    If you have any or all of these parts in good condition, I am interested.

    A good set of front bilstiens are need as well. Lol.

    Your better off just slapping on a 885 head off a b25 unless you plan on getting a cam regrind and pnp. Any 87 and up 325i cluster will work. 173's are cheap.

    You can get everything at the yards for cheap

          Dont need, but why not get some nice work done if your pulling the head apart.

          After doing my head conversion and had the head sent out I regretted not have any cam or porting work done.

            Because monies is why not, port polish and cam regrind would probably cost a ton

              but my car is an 88 super eta.
              Has the 885 head already and its the later casting with the 7 journal.
              Should accept the i cam and dual valves right off.
              And wouldn't the pnp (like megasquirt iirc) be more of a pita than its worth?
              Its not getting boosted and it'll be my daily eventually.
              Plus, if i can find these parts in great condition, the pnp alone would cost me more than the sum of those parts...

                lol. Thought you meant plug n play, not port and polish. haha.
                That'll be getting done.
                I am on a budget tho and an extra head will only work if i can get it cheap enough.

                  Delta cam can do a 272 regrind for 90$

                      Out of curiosity, what would the biggest differences be between the stock i/is cam and a 272 regrind?
                      Too lazy to search....

                          The power band if focused more towards the higher rpms, little more pep.

                          The 2.7i is all mid range power ( at least my set up was ) a cam would help past 6k alot.

                          heres a small pull from my car i just sold. 2.7eta block decked/rebuilt 885 head stock chip. only a k&n drop in filter w/ 3.73lsd
