This has been the best car I've ever owned. It starts every time and has never let me down. I've been using it as my daily driver for the past 4 years or so. I bought the car on an impulse from the 2nd owner who had owned it since 1991. I am a huge BMW enthusiast. This is my 4th BMW and my 2nd E30.

This car is mechanically very solid. The body needs attention to bring it back to exceptional condition. It does have a branded colorado title from a truck rolling into the front end. The hood support is still bent as a result of this. The car was resprayed by the previous owner. Originally it was Bronzit, it is now black. I had the hood and passenger side of the car resprayed a few years ago, which shines much nicer than the rest of the car. After the respray, unfortunately, I hit a deer going about 25mph which left a dent in the passenger side fender and valance. Other than that the body is clean for its age. There is a dent in the rear passenger door, which could be popped out very easily with no paint work necessary.

The interior is in average condition for its age and miles. There are a few cracks on the dash, the rear seats have a small portion which is coming unthreaded and the drivers seat bolster is worn through exposing the seat stuffing. The drivers side kick pannel is cracked and is now exposing the black cloth behind it.

Day to day driving in the city I average about 24 mpg or 330 miles per tank. On road trips I've seen upwards of 32 miles per gallon. This car has taken me to Seattle, LA and SF many times. This is car only requires regular gas.

Over all, this is undoubtedly a fantastic E30. It turns heads often and has been a conversation starter for years. The combination of wheels, drop and euro bumpers really set it apart from other E30s as something special. I'm not sure I am truly ready to part with this car but I have a wedding in september and am planning a move coming up in the next 6 months and it might be better to move on.

I have a 2" folder with every receipt for everything done to the car since day 1 of my ownership. Mechanically, the car needs nothing and doesn't leak a drop of anything. It does have a few scrapes and bruises but I strongly believe its cleaner than most other E30s I come across.

Considering the numerous parts, consistant maintenance and level of service car this vehicle has seen over the years.

The car is located in Southern Oregon.

I hope it goes to another enthusiast.

Here are some more detailed pics.

Also I forgot to mention that the car had a valve adjustment when I put on the new valve cover. That was probably 1.5 years ago.

            Tucked away in my garage!
