Cameras can be a lovely thing it turns out, especially when they are in places you dont expect... Looks like there may be some headway in finding these pieces of useless trash. The hunt will not end with time, mark my words.

And I never got all my stuff back. Since then I run kill switches.

He had a shaved key and he broke the window, took it right off the campus's parking lot like 5yrs ago. I told my lawyer I would drop the charges if they would let me have a fair fight with the kid. But obviously they wouldn't let me. He only got a year for stealing over 20K.

What is even worse was he cut the frame with saws and torches and cut my harnesses trying to strip it quick and destroyed the car. I got most of my stuff in the car but lost the car and only got $8000 in restitution and he only got a year in jail.

If I were you and found my car and it was still drivable I would just take it back and beat the shit out of them, to the point that have to stare at their face in the mirror for the next couple of months and say to themselves. "I should have never stolen that car, I am never going to steal again, how much do dentures cost?"

Losing a car that you have invested countless hours and money into is almost like losing a family member or a part of yourself. I have been there. I really feel bad for you, and I hope they find the piece of crap that did this and it turns out better than it did in my situation.
Wow...it's a fucking car dude, not a kid. I know all too well the hours it takes to build something but that's a bit overkill.....besides it's more fun to catch them in the act and put a round in their ass! :D

There has been a rash of car thefts in the Portland area lately, and at least one of the culprits is using a black Ford Tow truck to do it. If you see any tow trucks without recognizable markings, towing a car, take pictures if you can. These guys are doing it pretty regularly after hours in the Pearl and No Po.

Wtf is going with all this petty desperate stealing shit!!!! I may think twice about doing a build thread myself now. Car alarms, kill switches, GPS with separate battery, and ship anchor chain if it sits outside.

I'll be on the look out, I run around frequently.

Chances are pretty slim. If something similar is spotted, chances are, it's mine.

If you see anything, call the police and please take a picture if you can and post it. I want to see these lowlifes.

Two people saw it at the same time that have seen it in person. Both people believed it to be mine. Not too common of a setup, so the likely hood of a twin out there is very very slim.

There was a center median without a break for 4-5 miles when they saw it, so making chase wasnt really a viable option.

    More details.

A car that looked similar was seen, or a car with very verifiable similarities was seen? By now the car would have very likely have been stripped.

I want you to get your shit back, but I also want as much info as possible. I can pass along detailed info, vague not so much.
