    Just joined

Just a hello from Yakima, WA. Joined the forum just a few ago. Recently got a 1989 325i convertible. My dad has a '73 tii and we are doing a few things to my 325 - valve adjust, tune up, buffing the paint, and detailing it up! After driving my car, my dad now wants an e30 too!
    All the best,
    Marley

        thanks for the welcome!

Thanks for the welcome! The sir part is a little off though... Actually a girl!;)

Car is Alpine white with "natur" interior, new leather upholstery, new top, new carpet, and all new suspension bushings. We have already added H&R touring cup springs and new struts and shocks. We have to chase a few leaks, and are searching for rear speaker covers - previous owner hacked them to fit speakers

Welcome to the obsession. I may have a pair of speaker covers. Lemme check.

Pictures of 2002tii and my 325i. Not the greatest pictures, pulled the car out of the garage and used iphone. The 2002 is apart now for paint and body. There will be more photos soon!

I am interested in the speaker covers if you have them available!
                Thanks and Best to All,
                Marley

The VW Bus is sold now :( and the bug you see in front of the tii is now restored.

Black soft stop stat in my opinion, super clean though, nice car.

Thanks for the comments and fixing the pictures TD! I think a black top would look nice, but this one is literally a year old and in great shape, so for now it will work.
Buses are lots of fun but a totally different driving experience from an e30. My dad has been into VW's for years, and we still have two bugs, a 1960 sunroof, and a 1966 "cal look." As work continues on the E30 and tii, I will post more pictures. :)

Welcome to the Alpine club! When it shines it's one of the best looking colors IMO. Interior looks very nice too, overall a very solid pickup.

Other than a tune up, any other plans for it?
