Fender rolling

Anyone local have a fender roller? I've done mine with a heatgun and bat but I need more space in the rear-- they still rub on hard hits or if I have passengers.

I'm no expert. I rolled my fenders for the first time last week, but even with a fender roller I couldn't get the rears completely flat.

Ps I don't have a roller I borrowed it from someone that borrowed it from someone else
