Antenna won't go down

I have an after market radio. I turn it off and the antenna doesn't go down nor will it go down when I turn the car off. I never use it because I never listen to the radio. Don't thin it looks very good when it's up. Any ways to get it down?

Pop the cover and get power to the motor to retract the mast. Or retract it by hand, it will be tedious.

Belt probably broke inside the motor. Happend to me

Check that everything inside the motor is good. Assuming your motor is good, you could have a stuck mast as well. Otherwise, you can loosen the nut holding the antenna tight to the motor, and just pull the mast out and plug up the hole.
