Help. Stalling when idling

I unplugged my battery last night and just drove it this morning. It stalls out when in neutral or at a stop light. Ran perfect before this. Could the battery have anything to do with it?

the ecu has to "learn" after you unplug the battery. should take no longer than 15 min. if still having the problem after most likley mechanical.

vacuume leak tune up fuel pump idle air control valve.
