fs: e30 89 convertible 325i

I have an 89 very Fs its a clean title, with 169k, alpine white, crack free dash. The only problems are a little rust spot in the back under the passenger side rear tail light. And has a bad driver seat and a back lower bench, but the lower bench is only ripped from the seam so its repairable, front metal bumper is cracked, driver mirror glass is cracked, and clear coat on hood and trunk is fading, and last thing the top has a small 1 inch rare in the top that's patchable. Car runs and drives great. It needs small things here and there by is still a great project. The reason I'm letting it go is because I need the money just had a baby 2 months ago, and I have a project waiting to be finished. Yes its black. But driver front seat is bad. And lower back bench is ripped from the seam.
