Had a great time, but way too many new cars this time around (for my liking). I liked it better when it was primarily focused on vintage models. Good to see those of you that I had a chance to talk to!

Lots of new cars? Sucks, I remember it being a ton of pre 2000s and older.

Yea there really were so many nice cars there, almost too many to see lol. Did you check out that really nice e91 and i3 next to the registration tent?

name's evan btw, yea i should prolly fill out a post on the pnw crew registry thread.

And on a crappy note, my alternator tensioner bolt fell out or is somehow missing, causing the alternator belt to be really loose and squeal.

I am Daniel by the way. That e91 was just perfect. I saw the i3, though I have checked them out before at BMW Seattle several month ago. I saw some photos in the morning with two i8's there, so was sad when they were gone by the time I showed. That is a bummer about your alternator, trust you got it back ok though? We were just discussing this on nwbmwforums. I guess there is an uprated bushing (#12) from Bosch that is white that is supposed to help keep the bolt from rattling loose. There are poly options available too, but the folks at s14.net think is too hard and causes unnecessary rattling and vibrations to be passed through. I am not sure which I have. I have a red bushing between the alternator and #5, not sure if it came from the factory that way. The teeth on #8 were pretty warn when I got my car 3 years ago, so I replaced it, I should probably look back over it and make sure everything is still snug.

Here are some of my crappy phone pics, forgot to take the Nikon :(

Also my lunch at XXX was $20.02

And this wasn't at XXX, but was at Prova Motorsport's grand opening just the day before

I got there a little late, didn't see anybody. The LS Turbo M3 was cool. I walked around for like 25 minutes and left.

We set a new record by filling the upper parking lot by 9:51am. By about 11:30am both lots were full and about 50-60 BMWs had to park across the street. That totals to about 250 BMWs. Lots of great old, medium and newer BMWs. Anybody catch the mileage on those two i8s?

Awesome seeing the love for the e91 wagons on R3V. The owners name is Rick, super nice guy, and a friend of mine since we share similar taste. :)
