I just picked one up at auction last night.

Though it's got 277K on it, and needs a few cosmetic things (clear coat on hood and roof) and maybe a headliner, it drove decent. Drove it home, and it was quite and smooth at 55..

Not sure if that interest you, but once we are done swapping the Dinan S/C S52 in to it along with all the little cosmetic stuff, price will go up! ;)

That one actually looked pretty decent. I have already bought a 92 525i parts car though for the manual swap.

I drove to SF this weekend to look at one but it had a bunch of touch of paint splattered all over the passenger side that he did not mention. Bummer.

The exterior cosmetics are whats most important to me. Its much easier to swap a drivetrain or interior than to make a car have a nice clean body.

Green over tan is fine but condition is what is most important to me. Except for bronzit of course. Nobody wants bronzit.
