WTB PDX: bottle caps with good tires or basket weaves

How much you looking to spend. I have a set with Toyo RA1's on them - $200 (or make me an offer..)

Or another set of 4 - 3 have good tires, but the fourth suffered a blowout $100.

Course - willing to trade as well for spare parts if you got anything I might need (i.e. manual swap stuff..)
