Does anyone know of a good importer from Europe? My dad is looking at importing a car from England and doesn't know the process well, anyone know an importer? And no it's not for a touring, it's for something else.

It depends on what you are bringing over. If it is more than 25 years old you don't have to deal with the EPA or DOT certification but you do need to do the paperwork to prove it is legal to bring in. NOTE: if it is going to CA they still require EPA compliance on anything newer than 1975, so even if the Feds will let it in the states can require safety and/or emission compliance.
