Anyone Know How to File a Dealer Complaint

I been shopping for a BMW and Mudarri Motorpsorts kept coming up. I have never met such a a**hole kid in my life. His salesman Matt seems pretty cool but all the owner, Max Mudarri, is a complete a**. All he wants is your personal information. Non stop calling and he continually lies about the condition of his cars. Signature BMW in Kirkland as well stated to me that the owner Max is a well known criminal and to avoid at all costs.

Anyone know who I can file a complaint with and get this place closed?

If you're a person in a position that can file a complaint and get a place closed, you don't have to ask how to do it on an e30 forum.

A formal complaint only carries any weight at all if you've seen damages in some way. If you've had a bad experience then you can complain to the BBB, but only really makes a difference if they're a member.

If you've been defrauded then you can file a complaint with the state AG's office. http://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint It's an informal process, meaning that they don't act as your attorney. But they do carry some weight with businesses and will let you know your options if the business flat out refuses to make things better. When a bank was hassling us over unpaid credit card bills by someone that had the same name as me, the AG's office simply sent them a letter and the bank backed off. The AG's office was very helpful to us.

Go figure it's 2 doors down from the scumbags at Eastlake Auto Brokers. Avoid these fuckers too.
